The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) Council of Virtual Chapters provides a unique opportunity for military officers and affiliated professionals to engage in advocacy, camaraderie, and professional development regardless of geographic constraints.
Aligned with MOAA, our focus is on advocacy, membership growth, council and chapter engagement, communication education, and resource management to strengthen consistent, transparent, and effective messaging across MOAA Council and Chapters.
We are an independent, nonprofit, politically nonpartisan organization

OUR PURPOSE

Promote the aims of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA)

Foster fraternal relationships among retired, active, former officers of the uniformed services and their reserve components, and their surviving spouses

Advocate for the rights and interests of retired, active, and reserve component personnel of the uniformed services and their families and survivors

Provide the assistance and support necessary to member chapters to enable them to effectively serve their members, their communities, and the nation

Provide support for the development of future MOAA Virtual Chapters

Provide single coordination point of contact with MOAA Council and Chapters on issues that affect all Virtual Chapters

Represent Virtual Chapters at MOAA Conferences and Leadership Training Workshops
